There is no one way to eat well. There is nothing I can tell you that your body won’t tell you better. I can, however, share with you what I heard when I listened to my body. I can tell you about my own experiments with finding my best fit. Perhaps it could help you find yours. If not, at the end of it you would have explored and gotten to know your body better.
I have consumed an almost grain free diet for nearly a year now, and am a practicing vegan for several years. I’ve eaten only one large meal for many years of my life and have also been a fruitarian, eating only nature’s most delightful desserts for days together. I still remember my exposure to and inclination towards naturopathy and it’s wonders in my early years.
